We purchased this headset over two years ago, and liked it so much we soon ordered a second one. After more than two years of heavy use the first headset broke, so we promptly ordered headset number three.

I ordered this expecting the worst but I was happy to find out it works well. I use this at work all the time. (I ordered it myself because my boss wouldn't...) I'm so happy that it works because I was trying to find some sort of headset that would be a good quality for the money. If you want a fancy headset- this is not it. But that's wasn't what I was looking for. It's an easy to use headset that doesn't take training or a manual to figure out.
