A life changing book...

After seeing an interview with the author on an excerpt at the end of a Celebrity fit club DVD I knew I had to find out more about her. In her interview she was not only fit, but confident & sent out this really great vibe. I looked her up here on amazon and found her book; Mirror, Mirror. Now, I have been on every diet ever created since starting out in the modeling buisness when I was 13. And even at my lowest weight, which was underweight for my height, I still was not happy with my body. This book digs deep into issues people, women & men, have with their bodies. It makes you think back to when your body insecurites began, why they began, and how to re-write the way you feel about your body. I never thought a book could challenge me so much & change the way I feel. The book makes you change the dialog we have with ourselves about our bodies & makes it possible to live life again without the anxieties that come along with a poor body image. I can't recommend this book enough!
